Job Description - Client Service Manager

Description

This role is aimed to cover the gap in the current workflow from sales to delivery, meet the Chinese customers' requirements, bring better customer experience. E.g., work with a bridge to link the multiple contact persons in overseas production to the customers in China, it is easier to level up the customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Activly participated in client related meetings internally and externally with colleagues from different departing ments. Actively participate in internal and external meetings related to customers and collaborate with colleagues from different departments
  • Conduct client meetings in the assigned territory when the sales team members cannot or hard to meet the client. When it is impossible or difficult to meet with the customer, meet the customer in the agreed area
  • Regular meeting with all contacts in the assigned territory and deliver the information from the catch-ups to the related leaders and team members. Meet with all contacts in the region and communicate meeting information to relevant leaders and team members
  • Work with teammates from different service delivery teams globally to respond to customers' requests. Work with teammates to respond to customer needs
  • Handle customer complaints and provide a satisfied solution together with the related service delivery team. /li>
  • Maintain the assigned customer information in the CRM system. Maintain the assigned customer information in the CRM system.
  • Seldomly but possibly to work on client related admin tasks in a certain period of time. Occasionally Need to handle customer-related administrative work
  • Other tasks as required by the line manager. Other tasks assigned by the line leader
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 1-5 years of experience in videogames industry is mandatory, and avid in games. Love games and have 1-5 years of experience in the game industry

  • Experience in CRM systems and compliant with the requirement to use CRM system and online data server for timely data/document entry. Documentation requirements
  • Experience in a multinational company with team members in different countries. Experience in a multinational company with team members in different countries
  • Fluent in English. Fluent in English < /li>
  • Self-driven. Able to deliver the best results without supervision. Self-driven and able to complete work independently and excellently
  • Possess sales skills, and experience of dealing directly with customers. Yes Sales skills and experience in communicating directly with customers

  • Sense of time and urgency . Completes work in the time required, or when not required, in the most efficient manner and in the shortest time possible. And able to work under pressure. Have good pressure resistance, have a sense of time and urgency, and be able to work within the specified time. Complete the work, or complete the work in the most efficient manner and in the shortest time when there is no clear time requirement
