Clinical Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answering inquiry and appointment booking
• Keep up treatment and consultation rooms tidy for clients
• Provide clinical support to doctors
• Experience with specimens handling
• Performing daily operations, such as arranging lab tests

 

Requirements:

• HKDSE / HKCEE or above 
• Minimum 1 year's related experience
• Good telephone manner and communication skills
• Good Command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
• Basic computer knowledge including MS Office, Chinese Processing and Clinic Software
