Corporate Communications Officer

Hip Hing Construction Company Limited, a main contractor in Hong Kong undertaking various types of building and civil engineering projects, is looking for high calibre applicants to fill in the following position for its Hong Kong projects: -

Responsibilities

• Formulate social media strategies and promote brand with digital tools
• Organise events such as CSR programmes, leisure activities and online campaign
• Produce newsletter and communication collaterals
• Collaborate with vendors to produce corporate video, photos & advertisement etc.
• Communicate with our parent company NWS and provide support (i.e. feeding ESG information and data)
• Liaise with media and maximise positive media coverage
• Build rapport with stakeholders, and deal with enquires and complaints
• Play a leading role in internet and intranet management, and keep content refreshed
• Maintain corporate registers of sponsorship, donations & memberships
• Perform administrative and ad hoc duties

Requirements

• Positive thinking with can-do spirit
• Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Journalism or a related field
• Mature communication and organizational skills
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Knowledge in digital marketing is highly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, social media (familiarity with video/photo editing and strong aesthetic sense are a plus)

Candidate with less working experience will be considered as Assistant Corporate Communications Officer.
