Responsibilities:
- Analyse potential and existing counterparties, assigning a credit rating based on an assessment of their current financial strengths and weaknesses
- Conduct discussions with senior management teams of counterparties
- Understand relevant country, industry, market conditions, economic, and political issues to the counterparty's credit profile
- Prepare formal credit notes containing credit opinions and recommendations on each counterparty
- Understand the nature of the company's business with each counterparty
- Recommend practical business and credit decisions which balance credit concerns with trading needs and objectives

Requirements:
- Minimal 7 years' experience in performing credit analysis on banks.

- Strong critical thinking abilities coupled with proven analytical skills, particularly in quantitative methodologies and financial modelling.

- A Bachelor’s degree, and an MBA or CFA would be highly advantageous.

- Experience in data visualization software or programming.

- A strong communicator, able to articulate their findings effectively to internal stakeholders and build relationships that support their work.
