Cross-border Payment Compliance Operations

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for cross-border business compliance assessment and regulatory reporting study the development trends of foreign exchange and cross-border RMB regulations, policies and standards, and connect with compliance, risk control, finance, legal, policy and other teams to ensure the safe and healthy development of cross-border business
2. Connect with the compliance requirements of domestic and foreign regulators, and sort out and resolve various business risks according to the requirements of laws and regulations, including business reporting, data submission, process management, etc.

Qualifications

1. Familiar with the model and development of mainstream products in the current foreign exchange industry, and understand the policies, regulations and rules of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange
2. Strong driving force, good coordination, communication, organization and project management skills
3. Good cross-departmental communication and management skills, extensive project management experience, and good written and oral communication skills.
