Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above
• 2-3 years’ experience in Administration / Account Handling / Customer Service / Sales Supporting exp.
• Good in MS Office, especially in MS Excel (knowledge in VLOOKUP, Pivot Table is an advantage)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries 
• Prepare various reports including but not limited to clients report, internal report for analyzing the performance, etc.
• Responsible for information consolidation and data processing
• Other ad-hoc duties
