1. Based on the overall business chain of merchants on the platform and the corresponding merchant service data, gain insight into the pain points of merchants in the business process, and propose systematic solutions and implement them 2. Gain insight into the optimization space of products and rules from the customer's perspective, collaborate with partners to promote optimization and implementation, and help improve customer experience from the source 3. Through the establishment and operation of the coordination mechanism of the department, deeply understand the business direction and business changes of the merchant, predict the business department's demands and service impact on customer service, coordinate internal service operations, design overall service solutions, and be responsible for customer experience while using service capabilities to get together with the business team, 1. Experience in service operation or experience work on the merchant side of the Internet platform, with business sense and sensitivity 2. Have service planning and implementation capabilities, and have strong cross-team communication and collaboration capabilities 3. Have strong system thinking ability, good data analysis ability and keen insight, and be able to dig into the essence of the problem and output systematic analysis 4. Have strong execution ability
