What you will do

• Greet and assist visitors in the showroom, providing an excellent customer experience.
• Provide language support in Mandarin, and English to facilitate clear communication with a diverse client base.
• Maintain accurate client records, including contact details, interactions, and any changes in their account information and preferences; 
• Collaborate with sales associates in operational tasks, including appointment setting, sales processing, and customer follow-ups.
• Perform administrative duties as required, such as data entry, answering phone calls, and handling correspondence.

Requirements

• DSE or above in any discipline
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; proficiency in English highly desirable.
• Efficient, self-motivated and comfortable to work in a fast pace environment
• Good manners with excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
• Proficient in PC operation and Chinese word processing
• Shift duty (from Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays)
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
