Customer Service Executive

Responsibilites:

• General Sales order process including preparation of invoices and quotations, follow up of sales enquires, customer survey and sales related activities.
• Liaise with customers and work closely with internal departments to follow up order
• Update the order status in the system and maintain the database
• Develop relationship with our customers
• Provide administrative and operational support to oversea sales agents
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma or degree holder in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing
• 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Service field is preferred, with less experience will also be considered
• Detail-orientated, decision-making skill, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills, and be good team player.
• Good command in spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel)
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome.
