Customer Service Officer/ Front Desk Administration Officer

To provide service for our school operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Answer phone calls and handle enquiries at front desk
• Provide administrative support & customer service
• Support data entry
• Support classes operation REQUIREMENTS:
• Form 5 / DSE graduate / Degree Holder or equivalent qualifications
• Excellent telephone manners & customer service skills
• 2-year work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent telephone manners & customer service skills
• Pleasant personality, patient and good interpersonal skills;
