Job Description - Customer Services Assistant

Responsibilities: (Stationed at our show flat)

  • Greet visitors at the show flat and provide a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Conduct tours of the show flat, highlighting key selling points and addressing any questions or concerns from visitors.
  • Maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing show flat environment, ensuring cleanliness, proper arrangement of marketing materials, and updated property displays.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate and reliable information to potential buyers and redirecting complex questions to appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Perform administrative and ad hoc projects as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Obtains experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the real estate industry or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Presentable and pleasant with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Familiar with PC operation such as MS Word and Excel.
