Data Centre Operations Manager

Summary:

As the Data Centre Operations Manager, you will lead the ICT engineering team to manage operations of colocation datacenter services, as well as the provisioning of devices/ connectivity, ensuring the set SLAs and KPIs are met.

Responsibilities:

• Manage service delivery and ensure client expectations and SLAs are met
• Provide training to ICT Engineers at times, ensuring they have adequate knowhow to perform their duties
• Promote an internal culture on health and safety, and ensure all mandatory requirements are met
• Manage operations budget and P&L
• Participate regular meetings with clients to review operation performances

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related areas
• Track records in managing service delivery for datacenters across Greater China region
• Strong people management skills, particularly in managing engineers and/or technicians, with capability to handle conflicts and disciplinary issues
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Good command of Chinese and English language skills
