1. Responsible for mobile Tmall customers End user operations, gain in-depth insight into users' full life cycle needs, plan and promote the establishment of various new growth strategies, promote the increase in user scale of the mobile Tmall client, and optimize the user structure 2. Focus on user stratification, design front-end user products, back-end Operational strategies to improve the conversion rate of each link of user acquisition, retention, conversion, and purchase 3. More than 3 years of Internet user growth/user operation experience, especially experience in e-commerce 2. Extremely strong Data statistical analysis and mining ability, SQL ability is a must, and good at discovering problems and opportunities from data 3. Have strong product-oriented operation ideas, strong logical thinking, clear organization, and be able to drive user growth through products and operational methods 4. Keen C-side perspective, taking into account platform thinking, able to consider the pros and cons of solutions from multiple dimensions and come up with optimal solutions 5. Have hierarchical user operation experience
