Roles & Responsibilities
1. In-depth understanding of business attributes, able to combine Business goals and changes, complete the setting of supplier goals and indicators
2. Responsible for auditing business supplier management, establishing and continuously optimizing operation management mechanisms, and ensuring that supplier delivery indicators are achieved
3. Have business risk sensitivity, be able to discover potential risks and hidden dangers through data analysis, and intervene in a timely manner
4. Be able to accurately grasp business needs and pain points, be good at identifying problems and opportunities from suppliers' daily delivery situations, and target them accordingly Propose effective solutions to audit standards, operational processes, etc. and continuously optimize them
5. Through continuous practice and exploration, form a set of BPO management mechanisms that meet business characteristics and requirements.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with rich supplier management experience
2. Have excellent compliance awareness and insight, and be highly sensitive to business risks degree, and have experience in data analysis or business operation analysis to promote business optimization
3. Have good pressure resistance, cross-team collaboration and communication skills, and be able to independently promote project progress and complete business targets.
