Digital Culture Lab Senior Platform Operations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible Coordinate the overall operation of the Tanyuan platform, communicate business needs with internal and external production and research teams, and promote the implementation of tool applications by local delivery teams
2. Responsible for formulating platform user operation strategies, including the operation processes and procedures for creators and volunteers mechanism, formulate expansion plans and goals
3. Responsible for the creation of digital resource libraries and cultural and creative materials, promote resource circulation-related capacity building, expand resource material cooperation channels, and achieve efficient transformation of resources
4. With the goal of long-term sustainable growth, we are responsible for continuing to explore cultural and creative needs, exploring more growth cooperation models on the platform, and promoting the implementation of new models.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of industry/platform product operation experience
2. Understand and love traditional culture, majors in culture, museums, creative design, etc. are preferred. Have a deep understanding of the cultural and creative industry and related product platforms, IP creation and derivatives development, and be good at user growth strategies for the platform
3. Excellent product thinking, commercial thinking and innovation capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities, Have experience in large/innovative project management and operation
4. Have good communication skills, resource integration, industry understanding, strong logic and learning ability, strong self-motivation, and strong adaptability
5. Active thinking, keen on changes in the industry and users, sensitive to data, passionate about new things, passionate and creative.
