Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation of independent community users, combining the needs of core users, formulating and improving the community user operation system, and improving UGC user community participation through operations and product means 2. Promote the content section through data analysis and mining of community user needs. Update and iterate, maintain the community atmosphere and order, and improve community activity 3. Follow up on industry hot spots, organize and build content topics, and plan platform communication events 4. Responsible for the analysis of business topics, generate insights, and precipitate business feasible solutions Implementation methods 5. Focus on product links and user needs, put forward product optimization suggestions to improve community consumption and new return efficiency 6. Link product/ecology/algorithm/UG/vertical and other teams to promote the implementation of strategies.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3-5 years of experience in community user operations/user growth/marketing growth/content planning in the Internet industry Priority will be given to candidates 2. Have strong user understanding and business insight, as well as data sensitivity, structured thinking, strong self-motivation, and can actively discover and solve problems through data 3. Have good active learning and teamwork Ability, data analysis ability, result-oriented, ownership and self-motivation, and enthusiasm for content industry/community products.
