Responsibilities
1. Understand the recommendation mechanism of text, image and video genres, and promote the optimization of content consumption experience through special analysis and data insights 2. Understand the content recognition mechanism of text, image and video genres, and identify target content through models, annotations and other means 3. Identify changes in business indicators and trace the causes of changes through business analysis, dashboard monitoring and other means 4. Based on business needs, formulate optimization plans and link various business parties to promote the implementation of optimization plans.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in Internet product operation, those with experience in search strategy, content strategy or audit rule formulation are preferred, and those with experience in search content strategy are preferred 2. Sensitive to data, with good data analysis ability, familiar with SQL, and experience in building dashboards are preferred 3. Love content products, have good user empathy and content analysis skills 4. Have good expression skills and business collaboration skills.
