Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the recruitment and management of cross-border products, including beauty/personal care/food/maternal and child/health care and other industry products. Specific responsibilities include product investment promotion, category planning, product incubation and promotion, etc., formulating product strategies and full-link strategies 2. Responsible for the recruitment management, product planning, and basic operations of cross-border duty-free merchants, combining the characteristics of the platform, formulating industry strategies and complete strategies, and leading the healthy development of the industry 3. Responsible for the full-cycle operation of products such as commodity pricing system, event docking, inventory management, and multi-team docking coordination and resource integration such as industry, events, marketing, and supply chain 4. Establish a supplier and product qualification system, formulate recruitment plans for different types of suppliers and implement them, and be responsible for the recruitment of core explosive products and the results of new product incubation 5. Conduct continuous data analysis on the performance of products on various traffic paths, the impact and optimization on sales forecasts, drive the matching of product supply and traffic fields, and promote continuous improvement of business.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in e-commerce platform or multinational brand operation (fashion/FMCG industry is preferred) 2. Sensitive to data, have independent and complete data analysis experience, and can quickly discover the connection between business and data 3. Open-minded and active, good at innovation, open-minded, and have strong industry strategic thinking ability 4. Those with top cross-border merchant resources and product operation experience are preferred 5. Those with English proficiency are preferred.
