The Society provides a comprehensive range of services to hearing impaired people, in addition to its efforts in hearing conservation.

We are now inviting suitable candidates for the following vacancy:

Senior Employment Officer / Employment Officer (Registered Social Worker) (Ref. No.: ETC - SEO/EO) Job Duties

• Responsible for planning, administering, organizing and implementing employment services for hearing impaired persons
• Build up good relationship and network of employers to identify job vacancies
• Assist in organizing employment vacancies and employment network data
• Provide employment service and support for hearing impaired persons 
• Assist in the funding applications for hearing aid cases

Requirements

 

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in Social Work / Social Science / Psychology / Human Recourses Management / Business Administration / Marketing or other related disciplines is preferred
• HKCEE / DSE graduated (with Chinese & English Language subjects passed) or above
• With 2 years relevant experiences will be an advantage Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Employment Officer
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese 
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Mature, able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
• Self-driven, passionate and proactive with good interpersonal and organizational skills
