Engineering Supervisor

Cathay Subsidiary Services consists of several independent departments that provides professional services to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its subsidiaries (the ‘Company’), including but not limited to Cathay Cargo Terminal ('CCT'), Cathay Pacific Catering Services (H.K.) Limited (‘CPCS’), Hong Kong Airport Services Limited (‘HAS’) and Vogue Laundry Service Limited (‘VLS’).

What you need to do?

• Supervise a team of technicians to provide maintenance services and technical support for automation, specialized equipment and building services.
• Assign on-shift technician to perform preventive maintenance & ad-hoc maintenance according to maintenance schedule prepared by engineering team. 
• Assign maintenance work to technician team based on safety/operational priority.
• Monitor daily work orders and planned maintenance services to ensure they are completed properly and timely 
• Assist engineering team to monitor contractor work in non-office hours. 
• Communicate/notify user department on equipment/system ad-hoc repair status timely.
• Identity training needs of technician & arrange relevant training.
• Ensure proper housekeeping of engineering stores and a safe working environment for technical staff.
• Ensure all maintenance works are performed following internal hygiene requirements and all required maintenance documents and records are kept properly. 
• Shift duty is required

We are interested in speaking with individuals if you are:

• Higher Diploma in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or other related discipline 
• Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A is preferable
• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in supervisory level
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good command in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
