Evaluation/Content Operations Expert

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the evaluation user operation of Douyin E-commerce, responsible for the scale of review users, and promote the production of more high-quality pictures, texts, videos and other diversified evaluation content 2. Responsible for the design of the evaluation incentive system, including but not limited to material incentives, community honor incentives and various activities, continuously understand the value of evaluation to e-commerce business and define high-quality evaluation and related business indicators, and be responsible for the sustainable production and scale of high-quality evaluation 3. Have a deep understanding and judgment of the UGC community ecology, be able to fully explore the Douyin influencer ecology, UGC gameplay and social relationships, and give full play to the shopping guide value of e-commerce content.

Qualifications

1. More than 5 years of experience in Internet e-commerce evaluation/content/community operation, with knowledge of the e-commerce industry 2. Be able to independently complete user analysis, output user operation strategies, and collaborate with products to promote the launch of large-scale projects 3. Be good at observation and summary, sensitive to data, master SQL, good at data analysis, and good at discovering and mining data value be able to use data to measure the quality of your work and continuously iterate and optimize 4. Good goal splitting and multi-threaded work ability, good communication expression and teamwork awareness, and focus on process and results.
