We are inviting applications for the post of Facilities Officer  

 

Job Duties:

• Coordinate with campus operations, development and procurement activities
• Develop work plans and monitor work schedule
• Establish a close collaboration with maintenance contractors, covering a wide range of areas including general maintenance, electricity, elevators, fire safety and water systems, etc.
• Provide administrative support and any other duties as assigned by Principals
• Attend to emergency or after hour support if necessary

 

Successful candidates should:

• University Degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent preferred
• Have relevant working experience, prior experience gained in property management companies is ideal 
• Have good written, communication and interpersonal skills
• Be proficient in the use of computers
• Immediate availability is preferred
