Facility Supervisor

The Facility Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, handling all incoming calls and enquiries whilst offering value-added solutions and deliver best-in-class service to customers. The supervisor will perform daily administrative and operational duties to ensure strict internal compliance are maintained, in addition to coaching and training any direct reports to perform duties as per performance standards and requirements.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES:

• Deliver best-in-class customer service including handling of general enquiries and complaints, both in person and online, and act as back up to Call Centre whenever necessary.
• Perform daily routine duties including but not limited to new customer registrations, completion of documentation and records (hard copy & online) to ensure full compliance and completeness of operations standards.
• Anticipate selling opportunities and generate merchandise sales through exploration of customers’ self-storage needs proactively.
• Perform periodical inspections of the property to ensure full safety and security compliance.
• Follow-up outstanding debts and assist direct reports in resolving operational issues or handling of challenging customers and complaints.
• Monitor staff performance and offer immediate support and guidance to enhance staff capability and performance.
• Oversee daily operations including property maintenance and cleanliness of facility to maintain environment.
• Act as an in-charge in monitoring facility security and ensure security device and equipment are properly an operated.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Secondary education or equivalent 
• 3+ years relevant property management, customer service or hospitality expereince
• Excellent communications skills in English and Cantonese, both written and verbal
• Advanced computer literacy & experience in online communication tools
• Team player with coaching skills
• A self-starter, persistent and professional individual
