Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the localization planning of sports games. Through effective communication with developers, responsible for the architecture design, gameplay design, social system, cultivation system and numerical adjustment and balance in the game system, and follow up the whole process from planning, testing, promotion and optimization after launch
2. Optimize the existing game content by analyzing game user data and experience feedback, with the help of user research, questionnaires and other means
3. Including but not limited to optimizing the game's new experience path, solving the current pain points of game players, etc., and continuously improving game data and game experience.
Qualifications
1. Familiar with sports games (football/basketball) or practical competitive games, with a certain amount of football knowledge (at least interested)
2. Possess excellent logical thinking ability and communication and coordination skills, and have a strong sense of ownership of the overall work output
3. 3 years or more of game operation/planning work experience, with sports category experience preferred
4. Bonus points for those with relevant experience in event operation.
