Responsibilities:

• Perform account opening with IPI, including but not limited communication with counterparty, KYC and World-Checking.
• Communicate with IPI and prepare ralated account opening docoments.
• Report promptly for any irregularity, manage operational risk involved and conduct compliance review of operational flow.
• Help develop process and workflow improvement, regular update of relevant regulations, rules and guidelines.
• Handle various general office administration activities and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Finance related disciplines.
• 0-3 years relevant experience in banking and financial industry, fresh graduate will be also considered.
• Preferably with previous experience in back office operations.
• Familiar with related policies, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Holder of SFC license for Type 1, 2 regulated activity preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English is essential
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
