Finance Director, Workforce Planning

This large insurance company is hiring the Finance Director, Workforce Planning for their digital and technology arm.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial insight for workforce planning
• Be responsible for financial reporting in relation to workforce planning
• Conduct planning and analysis and budgeting for headcounts
• In charge of payroll custodian and interface
• Present the insights to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a globally recognised university
• Excellent command of English
• A minimum of 10 years of experience gained from large financial institutions, with exposure to large-scale technology operations
• Relevant experience in workforce planning
