Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities: - Developing and executing corporate strategic financial models and reflect the growth drivers. - Conducting market research, data analysis, and financial modeling to inform strategic decisions. - Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with the corporate strategy. - Lead the strategic planning process, including the 3Y strategic planning, annual planning and forecast cycle. - Preparing and presenting reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Skills and Qualifications: - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. - Proficiency in data modeling and analysis tools. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in an accessible manner. - Corporate savvy, with a deep understanding of how different business units function and how they contribute to the corporate goals. - Leadership and project management skills. - Excellent written and verbal English skills, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with Global teams. - Corporate planning experience within the retail industry is preferred - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. - Experience in corporate finance, business planning, management consulting, or a related field.
