Anytime Fitness Asia, a leading fitness franchise with a global presence, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Franchise Support Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Franchise Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and growth of our franchisees by providing support, guidance, and expert advice. You will serve as a liaison between our corporate headquarters and franchisees, fostering positive relationships, and helping our franchise owners achieve their business goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
Franchisee Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, serving as their primary point of contact for support and assistance.
- Offer ongoing assistance and guidance to franchisees on business operations, marketing, staff management, and adherence to Anytime Fitness standards.
Operational Support:
- Provide operational support and advice to franchisees, ensuring they adhere to company standards and best practices.
- Assist franchisees in optimizing their business processes, including membership management, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with franchisees to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive membership growth.
- Assist franchisees in creating and executing marketing campaigns, digital presence, and promotional activities.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs for franchisees and their staff, ensuring they are well-versed in Anytime Fitness procedures, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and share knowledge with franchisees to keep their businesses competitive.
Financial Analysis:
- Help franchisees monitor and analyze their financial performance, offering recommendations for cost management and revenue enhancement.
- Assist in the preparation of business plans, financial forecasts, and budget management.
Conflict Resolution:
- Act as a mediator in resolving conflicts and disputes between franchisees and the corporate office, working towards mutually beneficial resolutions.
Quality Control:
- Ensure that franchisees maintain the highest standards of quality in service, cleanliness, and overall member experience.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with Anytime Fitness brand standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in franchise support, business development, or related roles, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of business operations, finance, marketing, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict-resolution skills.
- Knowledge of fitness industry trends and best practices.
- Willingness to travel, as required, to visit franchise locations.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Language Proficiency: English, Cantonese, Others
