Job Description:

Responsible for overseeing all cash transactions within the establishment, including handling cash floats, reconciling cash drawers, and ensuring accuracy in cash counts.

Prepare bank deposits and ensure timely and accurate deposits of cash and checks. Maintain records of banking transactions and reconcile bank statements.

Conduct daily audits of all revenue-generating outlets within the establishment, including food and beverage, rooms, and other ancillary revenue sources. Verify the accuracy of revenue reports and investigate any discrepancies.

Reconcile revenue reports with cash receipts, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment. Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred.

At least 1 year  experience in cash handling, accounting, or finance required. Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a hotel setting, is preferred.

High level of integrity and trustworthiness when handling cash and financial data. Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality policies is crucial.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for conducting accurate audits and reconciliation
