About Our Client

Our client is a global leader in the Pharmaceutical / Nutrition sector with worldwide footprint and a true market leader in their sector. They are looking for General Manager to lead their Hong Kong Business.

Job Description

• As the commercial lead to drive and oversee strategic business development and marketing strategy to reach the business objectives.
• Lead the team to expand the business scope across all channels including key accounts, direct sales and ethical channels.
• Take the P&L ownership of the commercial team of sales, trade marketing, brand marketing customer service and other supporting functional team; focusing on Hong Kong Market.
• Formulate sales and marketing objective, drive new product development, loyalty program and consumer activation.
• Present and analysis business performance to regional headquarter.
• This position will set goals, track performance and be responsible for strategic growth of business.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy/ Nutrition/ Business administration or a related field.
• Proven team leading track record on Pharmaceutical / Nutrition/ Ethical sales sectors.
• Strong strategic mind set with pro-activeness to drive the market share.
• Strong leadership skill with excellent team spirit; able to cultivate a motivational team culture.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
