Responsibilities

1. Responsible for merchant operations and recruitment in the fashion luxury category 2. Merchant operations: Understand the overall gameplay, rhythm and operation direction of the platform, conduct hierarchical management of merchants, and provide products and channels based on data analysis Provide systematic suggestions on gameplay, store operations, and marketing, formulate targeted operating strategies for merchants at different levels, maintain good communication and cooperation with merchants, and empower merchants to grow and work with collaborative departments to promote continuous business improvement and lead the industry to health Develop, complete sales tasks and output operating methodologies 3. Merchant recruitment: Based on industry trend control and prediction, establish a merchant recruitment management system, formulate recruitment plans for different types of merchants and quickly implement them, to increase the number and capabilities of key merchant types Responsible 4. Industry leader: Familiar with the e-commerce operation system and overseas fashion and luxury industry ecology, with strong market insight, data analysis capabilities and integrated marketing capabilities, leveraging merchant resources and integrating multiple parties according to the platform's sales rhythm and policy gameplay resources, propose investment promotion and operation adjustment plans, lead industry trends, and establish industry influence.

Qualifications

1. 5 years or more of relevant work experience in e-commerce operations, those with industry experience are preferred 2. Sensitive to data, with Independent and complete data analysis experience, able to quickly discover the connection between business and data 3. Able to independently plan and complete business, coordinate resources of all parties, deliver results, and accumulate methodology 4. Be open-minded and active, good at innovation, have an open mind, and have Strong industry strategic thinking ability 5.
