Job Description - Government Business Line Operation BP

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of industry business planning, regularly update and revise the industry customer strategy map, follow up on the industry's top customer projects, and the promotion of benchmark projects
2. Responsible for the collection, review and archiving of business opportunities, and timely coordinate and assign designated industry architects to participate in and lead the follow-up and conversion of project business opportunities, as well as the follow-up and risk warning of major projects, and regularly output the progress of major projects
3. Business analysis management and future revenue forecast of the industry, PPL management, take the lead in organizing important level reporting meetings in the industry and output of business analysis reports and data reports, such as: BSC report, industry weekly performance report, etc.
4. Pay attention to the rationality of various process settings, industry customer classification, general/designated subcontract review, subcontract contract process promotion, project LTC quotation process, pay attention to process efficiency, and actively promote problem solving
5. Assist and supervise the team to standardize operations, such as the preparation and archiving of various documents, and continuously improve the team's work efficiency
6. Various budget applications and budget rationalization management in the industry
7. Assist the industry to complete cost analysis and cost management, and put forward valuable opinions or suggestions to help effectively improve the industry's gross profit margin
8. Assist the industry to reasonably improve the labor efficiency ratio and improve human efficiency.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in statistics, accounting, etc., more than 5 years of work experience in TOB industrial Internet or enterprise information construction, industry operation, data analysis, and those with experience in process construction are preferred
2. Have data analysis ability, be able to draw conclusions from industry operation data analysis, make reasonable suggestions for business direction from the data level, and assist the business team to improve production capacity and labor efficiency
3. Be self-driven, have strong stress resistance, have strong data analysis ability, and have the ability to write standardized documents and process systems
4. Strong execution ability, able to quickly promote various process processes, have good communication and coordination skills, and be good at summarizing methodology and making optimization suggestions
5. Quickly integrate into the team, be positive, cheerful, and be able to build a good and harmonious atmosphere with the team
6. Proficient in using office software, various data function analysis, databases, etc.
