Head of Sales Operations

Job Duties:

• Lead and assist daily operations of case management to Brokerage and Banassurance Channel and channel sales support to Brokerage, Banassurance and Online Channel
• Provide support to case management staff on liaising between Life Operations and frontline sales on new business and servicing especially HNW cases
• Work closely with Head of Brokerage and Head of Bancassurance team on develop and recommend appropriate initiatives as well as implementation of business strategies that meets the company’s business goals
• Manage collaborative relationship with Sales Operations team of Brokerage and Bancassurance business partners
• Assist frontline staff to conduct training on case submission requirement and digital platform to our Brokerage and Bancassurance business partners
• Coordinate and manage due diligence on new potential Brokerage and Bancassurance business partners as well as conducting regular business partners due diligence and sales quality monitoring 
• Representative of S&M Division with sales channel to involve in projects to work closely with different departments across the company, specialize in coordination and review of system setup as well as sales and operational workflow logistic
• Coordinator of S&M Division with sub team heads to fulfil internal audit, compliance, risk management and crisis management requirement
• Provide coaching and assistance to the team on case management, channel support, licensing, sales compliance, problem solving and develop talents
• Promote and implement service improvement and efficiency that meet the company’s business strategy 
• Involve in ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 10 years relevant working experiences in people management, case management, sales support, relationship management and training in the insurance industry
• Knowledgeable and experienced in operations, sales support, compliance and relationship management internally and externally
• Independent, responsible and good interpersonal skill
• Positive, can do attitude and customer-oriented mentality 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Self-motivated, proactive, with high level of integrity and able to work under pressure
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Analytical, attention to details, strong in problem solving and driving to excellence 
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager.
