Responsibilities
1. According to the opening of cities nationwide by instant retailer logistics, work with relevant teams to analyze the feasibility of opening forward warehouses in each city and plan the pace of opening warehouses nationwide 2. For cities where warehouses have been planned, plan the number of forward warehouses required for each city to meet the one-hour delivery requirement, as well as plans for site selection, fencing, backup warehouses, and short-haul replenishment and return routes based on the city's order heat map, administrative planning, and transportation conditions 3. For the existing forward warehouses, different warehouse planning can be designed according to different warehouse types, including partitions, traffic lines, production capacity and other factors 4. Collaborative routing between warehouses, including the interaction between collection warehouses, forward warehouses, and remote central warehouses, to plan the optimal route and warehouse layer 5. Collaborate with the distribution fulfillment team to scientifically divide the distribution zones of each warehouse to ensure the efficiency of rider capacity.
Qualifications
1. More than 5 years of experience in site selection and route planning for e-commerce forward warehouses and grid warehouses 2. Sensitive to data, able to use CIRCLE independently, and the platform's data warehouse can summarize data sets for effective analysis 3. Familiar with warehouse area planning and proficient in using CAD graphic design software 4. Strong logical thinking ability, able to use product thinking to plan the network 5. Have strong stress resistance, business promotion ability and the courage to forge ahead.
