1. Regional compliance management, including merchant access qualification review, new stores and renovations The business environment and license compliance of each order ensure that the store operates in compliance 3. Emergency management of food safety incidents, conduct all-out investigation, determination of responsibility, follow-up and improvement of food safety incidents, and promote a closed-loop rectification of food safety incidents 4. Food safety culture Construction, organize food safety training for store food safety staff and operations, conduct regular food safety cultural promotions, and ensure that personnel understand food safety requirements. 5. Ensure food safety in the headquarters, districts, and stores by adjusting and implementing the headquarters requirements according to local conditions. The management system operates effectively and issues are reported back to the headquarters to improve the overall management system.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in food safety, food science and engineering is preferred 2. More than 5 years of experience in food safety or quality management, food and drug supervision, local food safety supervision Institutional food safety management experience is preferred 3. Familiar with national food safety, e-commerce and other relevant laws and regulations 4. Have strong logical thinking and expression skills, and can have a good summary of past work and methodological accumulation work seriously and responsibly , rigorous and meticulous, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities good teamwork spirit 5.
