Roles & Responsibilities
1. As an overseas headquarters Community interface, formulate product global community operation plans, coordinate multi-regional communities and management
2. Coordinate the content modules and operations of the entire community in overseas target markets, be responsible for community content dissemination and word-of-mouth effects, and create Unique community atmosphere, maintain community popularity, and be responsible for the user growth and content atmosphere of the community
3. Cooperate with operating nodes and develop differentiated community activities based on the understanding of each content platform and the analysis of the core demands of the target audience. Plan to output independent content strategies for each platform, improve user stickiness through community and content, continue to increase the community's attention, activity and reputation, and feed back new games, activity and return
4. Work with the R&D team Supervise, review and adjust the prepared material content.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of relevant work experience in the mobile game industry, overseas business background or other overseas related experience is preferred
2. Love the game industry, have Rich game experience, deep understanding of MOBA games, and familiarity with the King system, mechanism, and gameplay system. Have a strong interest in and in-depth understanding of the overseas mobile game market, and be familiar with the MOBA category
3. Be familiar with the user attributes and social habits of social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, and Ins have an in-depth understanding of the game community environment, and have Own community operation methodology priority for those who have incubated game communities from 0 to 1
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills, good at cross-team communication and collaboration, able to sensitively identify problems and promote problem solving
5. Strong learning ability, strong curiosity about new things, strong logical thinking ability, and good at insight into the essence
6. Strong English ability, able to use English smoothly for written and oral communication.
