Swing Consulting Limited is an IT consulting firm, we provide wide range of IT solution to our customer including software development, IT infrastructure, Network deployment etc. For company development, we are looking for high caliber candidates with matching background and expertise to respond to current opening for the following position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in full spectrum of HR functions including payroll, attendance record, leave mangement, compensation & benefits, etc;
- Assist in recruiment activities, inclusive of advertisement posting, coordinate with candidates for job interview, contract preparation;
- Provide clerical support to team, prepare candidate resume;
- Provide office administrative support;
- Assist supervisor to carry out other Human Resources ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above with 1 to 2 years human resources experience;
- Well-versed in Hong Kong employment related ordinances;
- Good skill in MS Office e.g. Word, Excel;
- Eager to learn and able to work under pressure;
- Self-disciplined, hardworking and able to work independently.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Fresh graduates also will be considered
- Working Hour: 9:30am - 6:00pm (Mon to Fri)
