Job Description - HR & Admin Manager

This is a good opportunity to enter the dynamic and fast growing out-of-home media industry with potential for long-term career development. We are seeking a passionate team player to join our Hong Kong office.

Responsibility

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including: recruitment, payroll, MPF, compensation & benefits, employee insurance, tax filing, maintain staff profile and leave record, etc
  • Continuously monitor and streamline HR processes and implement changes where necessary.
  • Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts as needed.
  • Oversee office administration, renovation and maintenance ensuring efficient and effective operation
  • Prepare analysis, reports and budgeting for the Management
  • Lead a team of 5 people.
  • Provide support to employee engagement initiatives and other ad hoc projects

Requirement

  • At least 8-10 years’ relevant experience in all rounded human resource & administration functions in sizable organisation
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and Labor Legislation and C&B function will be a must
  • Be proactive, detail-minded, good communication & interpersonal skills and mature
  • Experiences in monitoring administration services of HRIS
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Less experience will be considered as Senior HR & Admin Officer
  • Immediate availability is highly appreciated
