Job Description - HR & Administration Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling full spectrum of Compensation and Benefits functions including payroll calculations, benefits administration, MPF, taxation, attendance and leave management, etc.
  • Assist the supervisor in managing day-to-day office administration such as procurement & stock management
  • Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the Manager

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome
  • Cheerful, responsible, and willing to learn with 'can do' attitude
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is an advantage
