Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions.
Payroll Administration including Monthly salary, various payroll reporting, Staff leave record administration, etc.
Updating and maintaining the personal database.
Review various Human Resources policies and procedures to match with business demand and strategies.
Responsible for Compensation & Benefits (including officer injury cases handling and group medical insurance);
Provide administrative support to the company.
General task as receptionist.
Prepare documentation support to project team.
Coordination with managers to prepare submissions, method statements, safety document etc.;
Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties for project matters.
Assist to participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
Min.3-5 years site experience in interior fitting-out project/building construction project
Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related fields
Administration or other related fields
Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance
Proficiency in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), Typing in Chinese and English
Good communications and interpersonal skills
Responsible, well-organized and independent
Immediate available is highly preferred
