HR & Administration Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions.
• Payroll Administration including Monthly salary, various payroll reporting, Staff leave record administration, etc.
• Updating and maintaining the personal database.
• Review various Human Resources policies and procedures to match with business demand and strategies.
• Responsible for Compensation & Benefits (including officer injury cases handling and group medical insurance);
• Provide administrative support to the company.
• General task as receptionist.
• Prepare documentation support to project team.
• Coordination with managers to prepare submissions, method statements, safety document etc.;
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties for project matters.
• Assist to participate in ad-hoc projects as required.

 

Requirements:

• Min.3-5 years site experience in interior fitting-out project/building construction project
• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related fields
• Administration or other related fields
• Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance
• Proficiency in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), Typing in Chinese and English
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, well-organized and independent
• Immediate available is highly preferred
