Job Description - HR & Administrative Assistant

Job Description

  • To be responsible for reception duties such as handle incoming calls and greeting guests
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties
  • Handle general office administration such as office maintenance, stationery inventory control, etc
  • Assist in payroll administration and other HR related matters 
  • Achieve other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

  • Form 5 or above
  • 2 years working experience 
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Attentive to details, self-motivated, well organized with positive attitudes
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
