Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the delivery management of HRSSC shared service processes, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and compliance of service delivery
2. Establish a unified service process framework, design HRSSC core delivery processes, and output operating specifications
3. Set SLA based on the process, monitor the operating efficiency and execution of the process, output diagnostic reports, conduct CIP continuous improvement of the process, collect SSC operation data, and improve process management capabilities and delivery resource management capabilities through analysis
4. Manage the effectiveness of outsourced resources, optimize the access to various shared services and the cost investment of daily operations.
Qualifications
1. More than 6 years of experience in HR field, experience in shared service center operation, management, and process optimization is preferred
2. Familiar with HR-related process policies, familiar with the management model of HR BPO, familiar with the measurement indicators and assessment system of HR shared operations
3. Excellent project management ability, able to independently promote the construction of the system, familiar with lean operations, Six Sigma and other management methods
4. Experience in the construction and operation of HRSSC shared services 0-1 is preferred, and experience in working in large Internet industries is preferred
5. Strong logical thinking ability, good at abstracting and simplifying problems, and proposing feasible solutions
6. Cheerful personality, strong sense of responsibility, proactive work, good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit.
