Job Description - HR Officer (Compensation & Benefits)

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Perform C&B functions including monthly payroll, MPF administration, leave and attendance records
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HR system
  • Ensure the local HR processes and policies in compliance to local law requirement
  • Assist in Company insurance schemes renewal
  • Maintain documentation for all-kinds of staff movement and salary increment
  • Prepare statistical reports for management review
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance
  • Responsible, detail minded and a good team player
  • Able to work independently and multi-tasking
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
