As an HR Operations Manager, you play a pivotal role in fostering a thriving and cohesive work environment within the organization. Your responsibilities encompass a wide spectrum of human resource functions, ranging from recruitment and employee relations to operation and performance management. Working closely with both local and cross -regional teams, you serve as a conduit for aligning HR initiatives with the overarching goals and objectives of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
- As studio HR representative, partner with local studio or cross-regional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives
- Day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to employee recruitment, payroll and benefits administration, office operation, and performance management
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of key open roles, from identity needs, sourcing, process to position filled
- Manager employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Closely work with studio management team to provide HR deliveries to meet business
- Work closely with studio management to provide HR support to meet business needs
- Support for regional operations initiatives to bring collaborations and engagement
- Oversee local administration operations, facilitate the smooth running of an office
- Work with team to get HRIS system implemented locally and promote using
- Identify areas for improvement within current Human resources procedures and provide solutions
- Lead HR staff to ensure high performance and professional development
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR area, familiar with HR laws and regulations 3-5
- Experience in the application and promotion of hr systems is preferred
- Experienced in hr supervisory or management role is preferred
