Our client is a well-known industry leader, they are looking for an experienced HRBP manager to join the dynamic team.

About the Role

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, collaborating to identify and address people-related challenges and opportunities

• Work closely with business leaders on recruiting talents, providing guidance on talent management, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and learning & development

• Lead employee relations activities, including investigations, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution

• Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs aligned with the company's strategic objectives

• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendation

• Manage and seek to resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations in partnership with centre of excellence

• Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes are compliant with relevant laws and regulations

The Successful Candidate

• Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• With 10+ years of experience on HRBP or account servicing, ideally from multinational/ sizeable company
• Welcome for all-kind of industries background with agile and fast-paced personality
• Well-versed on local labour ordinance
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
