Job Description - Human Resources & Administration Executive
Responsibilities:
Perform all-round office administration duties such as office procurement, travel arrangement, office maintenance, reception duties and organizing staff activities
Handle general staff enquiries, provide administrative support to the management
Assist in full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations
Participate in ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
Associate Degree/Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, with exposure to construction/engineering a plus
Positive attitude, proactive and detail-conscious, outgoing and cheerful
Good interpersonal, communication and organizing skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Candidates who are immediate available/with short notice period are much preferred
