Job Description - Human Resources & Administration Manager

  • Full spectrum of HR & Administration functions including but not limited to recruitment, talent management, KPI performance management, employee relations, training & development and office administration functions.
  • Develop and review HR policies to ensure operations are in line with current employment ordinance, labor law and relevant legislation.
  • Engage proactively in talent recruitment and retention to identify ways to improve morale, and engagement levels, and facilitate succession planning.
  • Perform KPI review and management for various teams and individuals to ensure an efficient and effective working performance.
  • Arrange regular trainings for relevant team members to share up-to-date market information and product updates.
  • Manage general office administration functions such as office equipment maintenance, insurance, license and service renewal, tenancy management and etc.
  • Enhance and maintain work space safety.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines
  • 3 years or above all-rounded HR and Administration experience
  • Well-versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other employment-related legislations
  • Mature and pleasant personality with good communication skills
  • Superior problem-solving, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
