Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily operation of HR and office administration, leading a small team:
- Oversee and administer the full spectrum of HR & Administration functions both in Hong Kong and PRC facilities.
- Formulate and monitor the execution of Human Resources management policies and procedures including manpower planning & recruitment, performance management, remuneration management, employee relations, benefits and reward system, etc.
- Oversee and manage General Administration and Facility Management including repair & maintenance, security management, industrial safety, health, and other administration requirements of the plant site.
- Review and analyze market information for salary and wages to propose competitive compensation plans to the management.
- Be a driver and a team player to collaborate with other departments to transform HR & Admin strategies into operational realities.
- Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements related to management of employees, reduce legal risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments.
- Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin. Or related disciplines
- Hands on Knowledge of Hong Kong and China labor Ordinance
- 5+ years HR and Administration experience
- Detail oriented and can work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table)
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese
