Job Description - Human Resources & Administration Officer

WHARF CHINA ESTATES LIMITED is the Mainland investment property arm of The Wharf (Holdings) Limited. It operates prime Times Square and IFS developments in major cities including Shanghai, Chongqing, Chengdu, Changsha, Wuxi and Dalian.

Responsibilities:

  • Based in Hong Kong to support the Human Resources & Administration Manager in performing all-round HR and administrative functions for the Group’s China investment property portfolios, including recruitment, C&B administration, tax reporting, employee relations, performance management, procurement & other administrative functions
  • Collaborate with local HR teams to coordinate different work groups including training, well-being, sustainability, employer branding, etc.
  • Work closely with local HR teams in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievance procedures to ensure compliance with PRC labour law and regulations
  • Support in the PRC HRMS maintenance and enhancement
  • Assist in the execution of HR policies and projects
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant PRC experience as a generalist, preferable in property industry
  • Sound knowledge in PRC labour law and with exposure in HRMS implementation
  • Meticulous, multi-tasking and able to follow through
  • Strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent and a good team player
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Immediate available is preferred
