Job Description - Human Resources and Admin Manager

We are a team of experienced professional executive search and recruitment consultants focusing to provide services for recruiting candidates, serving multinational and local companies in Greater China region.

Our client is a fast developing international FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) company specializing in health, beauty and household products. She is now looking for candidate as follows to strengthen the Hong Kong team. Human Resources and Admin Manager

Requirements :

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Has 8 years or above relevant experience in which the recent 2 years or more at managerial level. Hands on exposure to manage both HR and administration work tasks
  • Familiar with labour related ordinances
  • Passionate, flexible, able to handle multi-tasks and work independently
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized and self-motivated to strive for excellence with proven ability to work with different stakeholders
  • Possess sound interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Duties :

  • Develop and execute HR strategies to achieve business objectives and support organization growth
  • Work as a business partner in providing advice and implementing the global HR policies and initiatives from headquarter and lead the HR & adm team members
  • Review, design and propose guidelines, procedures and policies to ensure the goals and objectives of the Company and legal regulations are met
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, talent development and employee engagement
  • Manage all office administration functions and supports
  • Liaise with on the daily ad hoc IT support and IT administration issues
  • Carry out ad hoc assignments and other projects as needed
